When I tried to create a Tradespace, I kept receiving an error message about the URL ...however, there was nothing wrong with the URL.
I gave up and left it 24 hours. Now I don't get the same error message but rejects the form on the basis the Tradespace Website Address has already been taken. ... it has, by me!!

I am having the same sort of problem. I want to correct a small typing error and go to tradespace manager, business, contact details, and make the change. When I click save the changes button I get some obscure message about my telephone number (which is patently correct) having wrong digits, thus disallowing the correction. I am hoping spomeine from cus serv wil contcat, as it is driving me mad.

I created a tradespace 2x last week but whilst I have a personalised tradespace name it still asks me to create a tradespace. I sent an email and was told it was fine but there was a glitch in the matrix which would be sorted out by now. But it's not sorted.
I would like to add products etc but am unsure how to go about it when my actual space is in doubt- I don't want to go to the effort of listing anything for no reason! In fact I don't think I can...
What does everyone think? Will someone pay attention to this thread, or should I send an email directly again? If the latter then what is the point of this group?!!
