Title: Selling items

Hi,

I want to sell items via trade space but it's asking me for credit card details. I don't have a credit card, only a debit card.

Is there any way of BT taking debit card's?

Thx

Hi Ziggy,

Thanks for your post unfortunately we are not able to accept Switch, Solo and Maestro debit cards as these cards specifically prohibit recurring payments in their user agreements. Although the amount of commissions we at BT charge for ecommerce transactions may differ each month, these charges are still taken on a monthly basis as a recurring payment and as such we are unable to accept these types of cards.

Hi Sally,

Thx for responding. What about a standing order with a bank account ?

Hi Ziggy,

Thanks for your post, unfortunately it is currently only possible to sell online items or to upgrade your Tradespace account by  using the credit cards listed as accepted on the site.

Really sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Hi Stamps-at-home,

Are you using the same product image to advertise more than one product? If so please rename the product image each time before uploading, if you do not rename the product image your previous product will be overwritten.

If you are still experiencing difficulties forward a copy  of your image over to us at support@bttradespace.com and we will be happy to upload it on on your behalf.

Please remember to include your Tradespace URL (Tradespace name) in any support request

Hi guys,

It may be that your camera images are numbered like mine, but when you deleat the last lot they start again from 1, if so like Sally has said name each item that you are listing , you can also add a number as well.

If it is the same product that you are listing then call it HANDBAG 1. HANDBAG 2. and so on. That way your your items won't be deleted.

Regards & best wishes Ken - antiques et cetera

Hi

just a quick one. If you want to use a credit card why not buy a prepaid one there are lots about. You just top them up like a pay as you go. There are hundreds about.
