I've created a Tradespace, that all works fine, but when I log in and go to my profile, in the 'Tradespace' section it tells me 'you have not yet created your Tradespace' etc... I have to type the address in to Internet Explorer to get back to my Tradespace page. Is there a way to fix this? Can I get my Tradespace and my profile together?

We are working on this fix to this error and are aiming to have this resolved early next week. It's a bug in the Beta version of communities.
Bynxy, apologies that you haven't had a reply back from Support yet on this one.
As we get more experience with Communities Beta we will be resolving (and no doubt discovering more) bugs. We really appreciate our customers help in identifying these issues and will do our utmost to get them resolved asap, so your experience on Tradespace communities is improved.

I'm pleased to say that we've now resolved the issue that prevented some of you from getting access to manage your Tradespace directly from this site.

I seem to be having a similar problem. I have created my tradespace but when I login it still asks me to create a tradespace.
My information does not appear in any of the categories either. Does anyone out there know if this problem really has been fixed or if it is still an issue?
It's been fixed for me. Maybe it needs time... heh

Hi Abacusict,
I'm sorry to hear that there still appears to be an issue with your Tradespace account. We have resolved the issue described above across other accounts so this might be a different problem.
Do you see a 'Create a Tradespace' link at the top of the page (roughly below the Support tab)?
I'm sorry if this seems like a silly question but can you tell me if you set up a Tradespace site, e.g. Bulgaria Direct Ltd or a Community profile, like mine.
Your answers to these questions will really help us to resolve the issue.
