Title: line / page break help required

HI Folks, just set up my new tradespace account. I have a problem as in another post I just read(but couldn't sus how to reply to it.) When completing the text boxes in adverts, the text is not allowed to break, either line or paragraph, hence the result is a little jumbled and not very professional. I am doing this wrong or does it need fixing. I hope this makes sense. Many Thanks.

Hi Belinda,

Many thanks for your question, if you are describing entering text into featured item descriptions then this should answer your question. The description that you use in this text box is displayed in several places throughout your site and in different context, if we allowed formatting of this text box it may look good in one place, but in another place on the site it might look terrible.

As an example:- If you looked at the product on the home page, and then products and services page and then clicked on the individual product, in each instance the description is presented in a different context .

I trust this answers your question, but as always all feedback and suggestions are welcomed and passed to the relevant team for development into future releases of BT Tradespace.
