I've found the page for inviting new contacts and it includes a search box to find contacts. I've noted down who I want to invite, by finding their profiles. When I go to the contacts search box and enter their exact company names, usually nothing is found. So I can't invite them. Please help!

Thanks for your question. In order to invite a new contact on BT Tradespace Communities you must enter their display name into the search box and not their company name, as these names are not necessarily the same. It is the display name that shows when a user posts a message. When the search results page is displayed, just click on the Display Name of any user that you want to add as a contact, and you will be taken to their profile page. Finally, just click the button labelled "Add as a Contact", and an invite will be sent to them.
