Question: Problems creating tradespace

I seem to be having a major headache in creating a tradespace. I keep getting an error message every time i submit my listing. something to do with database connections? am i doing something wrong?

Thanks for your post, really sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues creating a BT Tradespace site. We can see that you have created a site named Business Feet - can we assume that your issue is now resolved or are you having problems creating another site?

I'm starting to panic because no matter how much I fill in on the site NOTHING appears on the 'home page'... HELP!
