A Business E-mail Address is so much more than a @ with dots and letters at either end. In business companies make big assumptions on other companies primarily based on there domain name (web address) the amount of times we will see a van with "John the Builder" sign written on the side but yet have johnthebuilder@hotmail.com as there e-mail contact oh how we cringe. You would think that when business are prepared to pay hundreds to have there vans and stationary branded but aren’t aware that it’s only £3.99 a month to have there very own web address and e-mail accounts. (and we can even help out with the sign writing!)

But the very essential part of a business e-mail address is that is hosted by a company (like WBS) who understands your needs and is always there on the end of the phone to help you no matter what. As opposed to a company that will claim you can have domain for £2.99 but if you want any e-mail or hosting with that domain that’s when your hit with another £10 per month, not to mention outsourced support and terrible customer services. Give us a call if you’re interested in registering a domain and getting a "business e-mail address"

Hi Dal,

Thanks for your question for the purposes of the BT Tradespace registration process your business email address would be the e-mail address you wish potential customers to contact you by.

This e-mail address can be from any provider (Hotmail, Yahoo etc), although if you were to purchase your domain name it would certainly make your business look more professional.
