Trade space is not remembering profiles I have tried a number of times to create one but as soon as I log out it disappears and have to start all over again any one else had the same problem

Hi Martin,
Just thought I would mention that on Friday afternoon I reported to Lian Tyler, that I thought the site was a bit slow and was there a problem. As usual Lian came bact to me in minutes saying that work was being carried out to the servers to correct the problem, thank you Lian for all your quick replies to all my queries. This Sunday morning it's all working fine, thanks guys.
As I understand there will shortly be a Notice Board to inform members of any technical problems with the site. This will be a great help to all members.
It is a pleasure to be able to contact a member of BT Tradespace when there is a problem and get an instant reply, unlike most other sites.

I agree with Ken, the site at the moment is running so slow & sometimes the page does not load at all - is there anything you can do?

In response, this is something I'm aware of, and I have our tech team working on this as a matter of urgency.
It seems that this problem doesn't affect everyone, and the problem is intermittent, which are the hardest type to fix!

I've been watching the speed today also, and it's been o.k. so far, though we're not through with trying to sort out the intermittent nature of the problem.
