Question: Why leave a secure job, in order to start your business?

Given the current economic climate, what makes you consider leaving the security of a permanent position, in order to start you own business, with the risk and uncertainty it brings?

You get the recognition you deserve and you'll reap the benefits of your labour. Plus your in charge of your destiny you only get out what you put in. You will find working for yourself the hardest and most stressful job you've ever done but believe me it's worth it, nothing ventured nothing gained so my advise is GO FOR IT  and good luck
