I have recently set up my own Hopme Staging Business and until the cash comes rolling in I am wondering if there is any free networking events that anyone knows of ... or are they all paid for?

Do you have any specific areas that you're interested in finding out more about?

There are regular networking events that I get invited to. But I am only interested in ones in the North of England near Manchester and West Yorkshire.
Some of them are local busineses from different forums that I regularly visit and from a wide variety of industry sectors. Some are new start ups and others are long established companies.
Your local enterprise agency will also put on regularly retworking events. You need to keep your eyes and ears open.
